I am a practising Naturopath and Colon Hydrotherapist, founder of the Taymount Clinic for Digestive Health and Wellness at Capel Grange, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The Clinic is on the A600, five minutes' drive from Hitchin Station, main link to London's King's Cross (directions below).
As a naturopath, I passionately believe in the body's natural drive towards healing itself. My work is all about systemic detoxification, digestive health and enabling the body to heal itself. My other role is educating - by supporting clients in their efforts to return to heath and also by training other therapists.
Health is an on-going goal; I apply my expertise, knowledge and empathy to helping my clients achieve their personal objectives for health, as well as management and reduction of chronic symptoms, stress relief and... JOY! Yes, that's right - health is the key to joy in your life. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and spirit, and a happy life.
My personal journey from sickness to wellness began 25 years ago. I regained my health through holistic and complementary approaches. Since then I have continued to investigate integrative approaches to health. My education, experience and philosophy.
I am an experienced Psychologist and Naturopath with additional training in a range of complementary therapies. I am fully insured and certified and the Taymount Clinic is the home to the Taymount Therapist Training College for educating health professionals in a wide range of holistic therapies. I am a member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Taymount Therapist Training College is a CMA recognised school and certified by the International Association for Colonic Hydrotherapy (I-ACT).

All our clinicians and therapists are trained to the highest levels, insured and experienced. We do not use trainees on our clients and we prefer a more mature therapist who brings the benefits and wisdom of their life experiences to their work.

You will find CAPEL GRANGE on the A600 between Ickleford and Holwell. Post code: SG5 3RT. Capel Grange is a large country house standing on its own with a white sign outside saying Capel Grange. If you are driving from Hitchin, we are the last house on the left before the turning to Holwell village; if you are driving from Lower Stondon, we are the first house on the right after the turning to Holwell village.
